Create your files in three steps

From your subscription list to a useful file in three steps.

01

Add the details

Enter each subscription's price, billing cycle and next renewal date. You can also import an existing CSV list.

02

Check your results

Review the actual renewal dates or costs. Each currency stays separate, so your totals make sense.

03

Keep your files

Download the calendar or spreadsheet. Import the ICS into your calendar and choose how you receive reminders.

Before you create your files

Maximum 500 subscriptions; UTF-8 comma-separated CSV, up to 1 MB. Supported headers: name, amount, currency, cycle, date. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD and prices use a decimal point.

Spreadsheet formula prefixes are escaped in CSV exports. Do not include passwords or license keys in your list.

Files stay on this device. Results expire after 1 hour in this tab. Closing the tab removes them.

Frequently asked questions

Will this cancel or renew my subscriptions?

No. LicenseDay creates planning files from the details you enter. It does not connect to providers, process payments or cancel subscriptions.

Which calendar can I use?

Use a calendar application that imports ICS files. Calendar import and notification settings vary by application; check an imported event and reminder before relying on them.

What happens on the 31st or February 29?

Dates are calculated from the original renewal day. Shorter months use their last day. Check this convention against your provider's actual billing rules.

Can I reload or change language?

Yes. Your editor draft and generated result remain in this tab for one hour. A result link does not share your list with another device.

Are different currencies added together?

No. Each currency has its own total. No exchange-rate conversion, tax calculation or automatic price update is applied.
