Review subscriptions before the next renewal

Build a practical review list from names, costs and upcoming renewal dates.

Collect the evidence

Start with provider account pages, invoices and receipts you already have access to. Record the plan name, billing currency, charged amount and next renewal date. Do not guess an annual price from a promotional monthly headline when the checkout total is different.

Distinguish usage from ownership

For each subscription, ask whether you still use the service and whether someone else already pays for a shared plan you are entitled to use. The tools cannot verify account ownership, usage or sharing rights. Check the provider's terms before changing seats or sharing access.

Review expensive annual plans first

Sort the exported annual cost column to identify the largest recurring commitments. A small monthly fee can become significant across several services. Keep separate currency groups and treat one-time purchases independently, so the review does not exaggerate recurring savings.

Schedule a decision before billing

Put a review reminder several days before the renewal and verify the provider's cancellation cutoff. A calendar entry only reminds you: it does not cancel a subscription, contact support or prevent a charge. Save any cancellation confirmation in your normal record system.

Reconcile after changes

When a plan is cancelled, upgraded or discounted, update the CSV and regenerate the relevant calendar. Compare the next actual invoice against your estimate. If a discount expires, the tool will not discover the new price automatically; schedule a separate review for that change.
